What an agent does

From messy inbox to done.

Requests come in however they come in. The agent sorts each one and finishes the job, or hands it to a person.

What we fix

The leaks aren't dramatic. They're quiet.

01

Calls and enquiries that go unanswered because everyone's busy.

02

Quotes and proposals that sit for days before anyone follows up.

03

Appointments that no-show because no reminder went out.

04

Happy customers who'd leave a review if someone just asked.

None of these are hard problems. They're just the ones nobody has time to fix properly, because the work itself comes first, the admin piles up, and the phone keeps ringing.

Custentic finds the leaks and builds the thing that plugs them.
Industries we build for

Different businesses. Same leaks.

Every build is custom, but the patterns repeat. Here's what an agent or automation typically looks like in each industry. These are example use cases, not client results.

/01

Trades & home services

/02

Dental & clinics

Example use caseAppointment confirmations and reminders that handle reschedules and fill cancelled slots.

/03

Something else?

If your business runs on enquiries, bookings and follow-ups, the same building blocks apply. Tell us about it →

What we build

Two things. Both custom.

Every build starts with one question: what's costing you time, money or customers right now? The answer tells us whether you need an agent, a workflow, or both wired together.

/01

AI Agents

Software that handles a live interaction start to finish. It answers a call, captures the details, books the appointment and sends the confirmation, without waiting for someone to click a button.

Every agent is built around the way your business actually works, not a generic template you have to bend around.

/02

Automation Workflows

Connections between the tools you already use, like your CRM, calendar and invoicing, so information flows between them without anyone copying and pasting between tabs.

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

A short call, a fixed-price build, then it runs. If something needs a human, it goes to a human.

/Note

These are starting points, not fixed packages. Your final fixed price depends on scope: how many agents and workflows, which tools we connect, and how custom the logic is. You get the exact number in writing before any work starts.

There's no subscription. Running costs like phone minutes, SMS, AI usage and hosting are billed by the providers and passed through at cost, with no markup.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Ask it directly, you'll get an answer from the person who builds it.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Any service business that runs on enquiries, appointments and follow-ups: trades and home services, dental and clinics, salons and spas, law firms, real estate, ecommerce and agencies. If you lose time to calls, chasing and admin, we can probably help.

Is this a subscription?

No. The build is a one-time fixed price. Small running costs like phone minutes, API usage and hosting are passed through at cost. An optional monthly retainer exists for tuning and extending, but it's never the opening pitch.

What happens when the agent can't handle something?

It doesn't guess. Every build has a human escalation path: if a caller says something the agent can't handle, it routes to you or your team.

Do I need to change the tools I already use?

Usually not. We connect your existing CRM, calendar, phone system and invoicing so information flows between them.

How do I find out what my build would cost?

Tell us what's not working and what's eating your team's time. We'll scope it and give you a real number before any money changes hands.
