Stop losing jobs to voicemail.

Custentic builds small, fixed-price AI automations for trade and service businesses. Missed calls get a text back in seconds, after-hours calls get answered, and reviews get handled. You keep the accounts. A human is always one step away.

Fixed price. 50% upfront, 50% on go-live. No subscription.

The problem

A customer with a leaking pipe, a broken AC or a toothache calls you. You're on a job, with a patient, or it's 9 PM. They get voicemail. They don't leave a message. They call the next business on the list.

You never find out that call was a job.

Same story with reviews: happy customers would leave one if someone asked, and the reviews you do get sit unanswered because nobody has time.

None of this is hard to fix. It's just the work nobody gets to. These four offers fix it with a fixed scope, a fixed price and a clear delivery time.

Proof, honestly

Custentic is new, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. There are no client logos or case studies on this page because I'm taking on my first clients now.

What I can show you: my n8n workflow template #20537 is approved and live in the official n8n template library. Every build here is made by me, Ameer Hamza, with AI agents doing the repetitive parts. You talk to the person who builds it.

FAQ

What is A2P 10DLC, and do I need it?

If you're in the US and want to send business texts from a regular 10-digit phone number, yes. A2P 10DLC is the registration system US carriers use for business texting. You register your business and how you'll use texting with the carriers through the texting provider. It's required: unregistered business texts can be blocked or filtered by carriers.

Two things to know up front. First, registration can take several days, and that can add to your setup time; it depends on the carriers, not on us. Second, there are carrier and registration fees, billed by the provider to you. I pass them through at cost with no markup and tell you what applies to your setup before you commit. UK businesses don't have a 10DLC step. Offer D (review replies) involves no texting, so it needs no registration.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

Your phone number, texting account, Google profile, booking tool and data are in your name. The automation runs on Custentic's managed n8n server while you're on a care plan, or on your own n8n account if you prefer. Either way you can ask for a full export of your workflow at any time.

What happens when a caller needs a real person?

They get one. Human handoff is built into every setup, not added on. The AI doesn't guess: if a caller has an emergency or asks something it can't handle, it routes to you or your on-call person by text or call. You decide who gets what, and when.

I run a dental practice. What about patient privacy and HIPAA?

This is general guidance, not legal advice. In the US, HIPAA generally requires a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with any vendor that creates, receives, stores or transmits patient health information for you. So we design dental setups to keep patient health information out of texts and automations entirely: messages stick to scheduling and logistics ("We missed your call, reply here or book at this link"), not symptoms, treatment or records. Before we connect anything to your practice management system or patient records, check with your compliance advisor, and check whether each provider involved offers a BAA for the service being used. Raise it on our first call and we'll scope around it.

Is there a monthly fee?

No subscription. You pay a one-time fixed price for the build. Running costs like phone minutes, texts and AI usage are billed by the providers and passed through at cost.

What if I need more than these four offers?

These are fixed-scope starting points. Bigger builds (agents wired into your CRM, calendar and invoicing) are scoped and priced separately. See custentic.com/pricing.

How do I pay?

50% upfront by invoice, 50% on go-live.

How fast can you start?

Usually within 48 hours of the upfront payment.

Every missed call is a customer deciding to call someone else.
