This site, custentic.com, is run by Custentic, which is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything privacy-related, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form
The form asks for your name, email address and message. Your business name and phone number are optional. When you send it, the details go to a Cloudflare Worker that runs this site, which passes them to our email provider, Resend, to deliver to [email protected]. Our inbox is hosted by Zoho. We use what you send only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract.
The form also has a hidden field that catches spam bots. It's empty for real visitors and isn't stored.
When you book a call
The "Book a call" links take you to Cal.com, which handles the booking. Cal.com collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email and chosen time, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to its pages.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. It runs in Google Consent Mode v2:
- Before you choose, and if you click Decline, analytics cookies are not set. Google may still receive cookieless pings, which carry basic, non-identifying information like the page and that a visit happened, without a cookie identifier.
- If you click Accept, Google Analytics may set cookies (such as
_ga) to measure visits over time. - Advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation) are always set to denied. We don't use the site for advertising or remarketing.
We also record when someone sends the contact form or clicks a booking link, as a count of enquiries. This doesn't include what you wrote. The legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent.
Your cookie choice
Your Accept or Decline choice is saved in your browser's local storage (the key cst-consent) so we don't ask again on every page. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
The chat assistant
The chat button opens an assistant that runs entirely in your browser using pre-written answers. What you type into it is not sent to us or to any server.
If you click "Message us on WhatsApp", you leave this site and go to WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Nothing is shared with WhatsApp unless you click, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data like your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The animation library is loaded from the jsDelivr content network, which also sees your IP address when it serves the file. Fonts are served from our own site.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers named above: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (form delivery), Zoho (email), Cal.com (booking), Google (analytics) and jsDelivr (file delivery). We don't sell your personal data. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and emails for as long as we need to respond and follow up, and after that only as long as needed for business records or legal obligations. Google Analytics keeps data according to the retention period set in our Analytics account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK GDPR, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to or restrict how we use it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the link here or in the footer of every page. You can also clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
